After service is done you get the invoice just for your accounting.

ENJOY SERVICE

Sit back and relax. The operation is ready an on process. Clients are well attended.

DOCUMENTATION

On your email you will receive all necessary electronic documentation such as vouchers and others.

DEPOSIT PAYMENT

You will receive proforma to pay through bank transfer or PayPal with any credit card. We accept EUR, USD, CZK, HUF.

CONFIRMATION

Within 15 minutes we email you back to confirm your booking request and finalize the details of your booking.

BOOKING

Start by sending a booking or inquiry. Book as soon as possible to guarantee availibility, especially during public holidays and festives. Last moment bookings are also welcomed.

Customer care

You can reach our friendly operators with any questions every day from 9 AM to 18 PM CET and expect a response within 15 minutes.

No response

If you reach out to us during the office hours but don’t hear back from us within 15 minutes, than our email response likely ended up in your spam folder — please take a look there. Outside the office hours we come back to you the first thing in the morning.

Payments

We accept cash payments in CZK, EUR, USD, and GBP. CZK and EUR prices are listed on our website. For USD or GBP payments.

Cancellation policy

In general you are free to cancel with no charge up to 3 days before the date of the experience. After this date the deposit is not refundable. We specify exact cancellation policy with your bookings.

Example: a booking for the 4th of July can be cancelled free-of-charge by 23:59 CET of the 1st of July.

Weather conditions

In general our tours run even it´s raining cats and dogs, some of our outdoor activities are dependent on the current weather conditions. In the unfortunate case of bad weather, you receive a full refund of your deposit, or, if you prefer, we try to reschedule your experience.

Documentation

In general you receive electronic documentation like vouchers and others by email. In some cases when the it is train ticket in physical form so we handle this personaly in destination.

Extras

Extra services, such as out-of-Prague and airport pick-up/drop-off, bringing a friend as a spectator, etc., can be arranged for a fee.
