Excursion to Bratislava (from Vienna by bus-boat)

Just one hour from Vienna is Bratislava, capital of Slovakia, which has a beautiful historic center. On this day trip, besides seeing many tourist attractions, will be able to enjoy a scenic boat trip on the Danube. We traveled by bus to Bratislava by public transport bus leaving from the international bus station in Erdberg. Get off when you reach the “SNP – Novy Most” station, where our guide waits for us. The guide will show us: the Plague Column eighteenth century, the beautiful National Theater, the promenade and small cafes, Saint Michaels ´s Gate with its elegant dome-shaped, the historic town hall and the impressive fountain of Maximilian. The city tour ends at the Cathedral of St. Martin, where Hungarian kings were crowned. Before the return trip enjoy free time and finally, at 16 hours, return to Vienna in a modern high-speed catamaran, where you can admire the unspoiled landscape and the Donauauen Schwedenplatz national park in the center of Vienna . Presumably arrival in Vienna will be at 17:30 hours.
